Data and evaluation activities of The Alliance help us understand what is known and real for Alliance members, what we value, and what contributes to our shared learning and iterative process. Our Vision for Community Wellness states that we do this work for the benefit of future generations. Our Vision also includes building healthy and healed people and communities. Data Dashboard
There are different ways of knowing and there are different types of evidence. The Data Dashboard is a series of indicators that provide useful information about key social determinants of health, including risk and protective factors, as well as alcohol misuse outcomes. The selected indicators support The Alliance in tracking the population health impacts and shared factors of alcohol misuse in Alaska.

Regional Data Scan
The regional data scan responds to a need to summarize ways different communities across Alaska are collecting information to better inform local prevention needs. This scan invites conversation about what we label as data and what counts as data at the local,regional, and statewide levels. The data scans are broken out by region.
EVALUATION
The Evaluation and Learning workgroup leads decision-making around evaluation activities of the network. Major outputs of The Alliance evaluation work includes an evaluation plan and annual network evaluations. This work is also informed by the Emergent Strategies document which tells the story of what led to the emergence of the Alliance.
